• 🎓 Opes Dance Teacher Diploma (If you have qualifications in multiple disciplines, attach the various diplomas.

For each discipline, attach the diploma for each level achieved)

• Copy of identity card + tax code

Email title: TECHNICAL CARD + NAME/SURNAME

The card is issued electronically. 📲

The photo on the badge must be added digitally by the teacher.

The time required to obtain the card is up to 30 days from sending the material.

IMPORTANT: OPES CARD RENEWAL IS ONLY POSSIBLE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ATTENDED OUR COURSES

NO REFUNDS will be made to anyone sending DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES from other organizations. The fee will be retained for administrative fees and bank charges. A regular invoice will be issued.
