For each discipline, attach the diploma with the highest level, if indicated)

• 📝 Completed registration form downloadable HERE

 

Email title: TECHNICAL CARD + NAME/SURNAME

 

The card is issued electronically. 📲

 

The time required to obtain the card is 30-45 days.

The cards will be issued starting from January 2025.
