Cancellation conditions for accommodation:
-50% refund within 31 days of the event
-From June 12th onwards, accommodation reservations are non-refundable.
-It is possible to change the name on the reservation at any time, and therefore transfer it if you are unable to attend.
-in case of payment by installments, once the first payment has been made, you are required to complete the payment and in case of cancellation, the same payment schedule mentioned above is followed.

Scholarship winners in various national and international competitions can use their scholarships to purchase CARDS, which will be discounted at the percentage indicated on the scholarship itself.
-The discount does not apply to the membership fee (€25.00) or the accommodation fee.
-Scholarships are NOT cumulative.
-Scholarships CANNOT be converted into cash.
-Scholarships are valid only and exclusively by purchasing the accommodation package on our website.
To ensure the quality of the event, registration will close once the maximum number of participants for each card has been reached. Requests received after the event has sold out will not be considered and cannot be replaced with other prizes unless otherwise decided by our company's governing body.
