Cancellation conditions for accommodation:
-within 31 days of the event, 50% refund
-from June 21st onwards, the accommodation reservation is non-refundable
-it is possible to change the name on the reservation at any time, therefore transfer it in case of inability to participate
-in case of payment by installments, once the first payment has been made, the payment must be completed and in case of cancellation, the same deadline mentioned above must be followed

SCHOLARSHIPS

-Winners of scholarships in various national and international competitions can use them to purchase CARDS that will be discounted by the percentage indicated on the scholarship itself.
-The discount is not applicable on the membership fee (€25.00) or on the accommodation fee.
-Scholarships are NOT cumulative.
-Scholarships CANNOT be converted into cash.
-Scholarships are valid only and exclusively by purchasing the accommodation package on our website.
-To ensure the quality of the event, upon reaching the maximum number of participants for each card, registrations will be closed. Requests received after the sold out will not be taken into consideration and cannot be replaced with other prizes unless otherwise decided by the governing body of our company.
